Ticket Prices
Football Ticket Price Semi-Finals - $15
Finals - $20 per day and good for the entire day
Wrestling Individual Ticket Prices will be $10 for the first day and $15 for the second day.
Basketball Ticket Price - $20 per day and good for the entire day.
2025-26 SCHSL Budget
The proposed budget for the 2025-26 school year was approved.
The following Items were approved by the Executive Committee for
the 2025-26 school year. All items will take effect on July 1, 2025.
1.Track and Field: The starting height and subsequent heights in the
vertical jumps end in 0’s and 5’s.
2. Implementation of a mercy rule for Soccer and Basketball to as
follows:
Soccer: Should either team be ahead by 5 or more goals (but less than 10) at halftime, the
second half will be played for one-half the time that is required by rule (20 min for varsity, 15
min for sub-varsity). If at any point after the completion of one half, the score differential
reaches ten goals, the game shall be ended. NOTE: If the second half starts, a minimum of 10
minutes must be played before the 10 goal differential applies.
Basketball: Once the score reaches a 40 point differential at halftime or thereafter, the game
will resort to a running clock, including the administration of free throws or all other dead ball
situations, except for injuries and timeouts called by a coach or official or any other
administrative stoppage. Once the running clock starts, the game will finish with a running clock.
NOTE: By mutual agreement of both head coaches and the referee, the game can be ended at
any point.
3. Sportsmanship and Ejections: The length of suspension for
volunteer coaches and athletes ejected for the first time will be as
follows:
1. A Volunteer Coach will have the same penalty for an ejection as a paid coach.
2. All ejections will carry a minimum of next contest suspension with the exception of:
A) Any attempt to verbally abuse, make obscene gestures to, threaten or strike an
official or member of the opposing coaching staff shall be a serious violation
making the athlete ineligible for a minimum of the next two contests to the
maximum of one year.
B) Any action (verbal or physical) that is considered a serious violation may result in
more than the minimum being applied.
C) Any action (verbal or physical) that is not directed towards another person
(opponent, coach, official, spectator, etc) but requires an ejection by NFHS rule
may not require any additional game penalty.

Soccer:

Two Matches Mon- Fri: 5:00 pm start for first match.
One or Two Matches on Sat: 12:00 pm
5. Boys Lacrosse: Shoulder pads will be worn in the open season for
boys lacrosse. Boys Lacrosse will now be able to wear shoulder pads,
helmets and gloves during all open season activities. Arm/Elbow pads
will not be allowed except during January once teams have practiced
for five days.
6. Soccer: Sub-varsity soccer matches can end in a tie.
7. Middle school football calendar adjustments. Middle School
football will be as follows:
July 31, 2025 - First Practice (Helmets Only)
August 11, 2025 - Helmets and Shoulder Pads
August 18, 2025 - Practice in Full Gear
August 27, 2025 - First Scrimmage
September 10, 2025 - First Contest
8. Fall Sports start date: The start date of the fall sports season will
move up one day. (See calendar below) Closed season for fall sports
will now run Sunday - Wednesday. No other dates to the fall calendar
will be impacted.
9. Start date of regular season. Pre-season window was eliminated
along with the requirement that all games in that window must be
played in a tournament. Additionally the regular season will now start
ten days earlier. (See calendar below)
10. Lacrosse regular season. A week was added to the lacrosse
season at the end. Additionally, with the change to #8 above, the first
contest for Lacrosse was adjusted to allow for appropriate scrimmage
time. (See calendar below)
11. Boys’ Tennis: A week was added to the boys’ tennis season at the
beginning of the season. (See calendar below)
