I hope this email finds you well and staying warm during these last few cold days.

I am thrilled to share exciting updates about our summer clinic, now proudly renamed the SCACA Coaches Academy. We are energized about the new direction and improvements we are making. With many schools starting earlier than ever, we know it has become harder for coaches to attend in the past. We truly believe these changes will make the Coaches Academy more accessible, more meaningful, and more impactful than ever before.

Here is what we have planned so far:

July 23
• First-ever Travis Perry Memorial Golf Tournament

July 24
• Sessions officially begin
• General Session (10:00 to 11:00) with Dabo Swinney
• General Session (2:00 to 3:00) with Chris Singleton
• Breakout sessions will take place before and after each general session

July 25
• Same session format as Friday
• General Session with Steven Mackey
• Business Meeting
• Breakout Session

July 26
• General Session with Steven Mackey
• CPR Classes
We are still in the planning phase and are currently exploring fun and meaningful ideas for a Saturday night event that will bring vendors and coaches together.
As details continue to come together, we will share updates with you so you can pass them along to your coaches.

How you can help:
We need your help in securing outstanding instructors for your breakout sessions. Our goal is to create sessions that coaches genuinely look forward to and do not want to miss. You will receive a separate email with your assigned time slots. If you run into any challenges securing an instructor, please let me know and I will work with Coach Earley to help find the right person.

Your business meeting and rules meeting will continue within the same session. If your sport does not require a rules meeting, that time will be used for a Q and A session with the High School League.
